Australia Post has been taking up to three weeks to deliver mail recently, if you require your keys urgently please pick them up from our store or arrange a courier.
*Note: If ordering more then 1 set of keys that require postage please order once selecting "Postage and Handling" and add to the shopping cart, then add a second time to the shopping cart and select "Store Pickup." This way you will only be charge 1 shipping cost. If you do not have access to your mailbox, please have your keys posted to an alternate address ie. work address, building manager, body corp, family, friend etc.
We can only offer a replacement key service (2 keys) for a limited numbers on mailboxes. This is typically our commercial mailbox systems as well as a selected few locally made products. In some cases it can be easier to simply replace the lock. (see replacement lock options here) Your existing lock can be easily removed, if you mailbox is locked and you have lost your key you can open your mailbox by either accessing a philips head screw (use a long screwdriver through the mail slot) which holds the locking cam on the rear of the lock, or if you can't get access to this by drilling through the centre of the lock with a small 1/8 drill bit.
If we can offer replacement keys for your mailbox we need to know; 1. The details stamped on the lock face, usually a 3 digit number 2. Key Description or any other markings on the lock or key (i.e. M1, CO, black handle etc.) 3. The name of the mailbox. Please enter these details in the comments field when ordering.
